Oleuropein hydrolyzes to form hydroxytyrosol and tyrosol, with hydroxytyrosol considered the main component associated with olive‘s health benefits. Olive oil phenols demonstrate antioxidant, anti-thrombotic, anti-inflammatory and anti-atherogenic characteristics.
用途 橄榄苦苷的药理作用主要有降血压、抗氧化、抗微生物和抗癌等作用。
生化机理 Oleuropein has been shown to augment the secretion of noradrenaline and adrenaline in rat.
