产品介绍 水溶性8.3g/L(20℃)，1克能溶于120毫升水，80毫升乙醇,约110毫升氯仿,溶于热水、氢氧化碱溶液和氨水，也溶于稀盐酸及硝酸，难溶于醚。
用途 磷酸二酯酶抑制剂。
生化机理 Theophylline is a cyclic phosphodiesterase inhibitor. It antagonizes Adenosine A Receptors and weakly inhibits alkaline phosphodiesterases and 5’-nucleotidase.
