产品介绍 Diethyl Pyrocarbonate has been shown to inhibit ryanodine binding to ryanodine/Ca2+ receptor channels in skeletal muscle in a dose- and time-dependent manner and increases the Ca2+ permeability of SR vesicles. This compound could be useful for specific inactivation of nucleases during isolation of undegraded polynucleotides. Diethyl Pyrocarbonate also inhibits PAF Acetylhydrolase (platelet-activating factor acetyl hydrolase), and has been used as a probe for the topography of 5.8S rRNA in yeast ribosomes.
用途 蛋白质组氨酸和酪氨酸的修饰试剂。也是RNA酶的化学修饰剂,它和RNA酶的活性基团组氨酸的咪唑环反应而抑制RNA酶活性。
生化机理 在溶液中浓度约为 0.1% (v/v) 时可使 RNase 失活，从而防止 RNA 被降解。
