产品介绍	不可逆的丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂,抑制胰蛋白酶样丝氨酸蛋白酶,包括菠萝蛋白酶,糜蛋白酶,无花果蛋白酶及木瓜蛋白酶。工作液稳定期为几个小时,贮存液(10mM甲醇溶液)在4°C下可保持稳定几个月。
用途	某些丝氨酸蛋白酶的不可逆抑制剂，用于在制备胰蛋白酶时抑制胰凝乳蛋白酶。
生化机理	Blocks the LPS- or cytokine-induced activation of nuclear factor κB (NFκB), which, in turn, blocks the induction of iNOS and COX-2 transcription. Blocks activation of pp70s6k by all mitogens. Blocks apoptosis cell lines by inhibiting the processing of caspases in some cell lines and to some stimuli. Also blocks apoptosis initiated by Taxol (in MCF-7 human breast carcinoma cells).
